Management Team

Naren S. Velu

President and CEO

Naren Velu has over 17 years of experience in the Enterprise Software industry. He has worked in a variety of capacities, including software design and development at several ERP companies. He has been in the ERP consulting space for over 9 years - driving sales, services and overall management.

Naren has his Masters in Systems and Industrial Engineering and MBA - both from The University of Arizona. He is actively involved in local community for sports and fund raising for charitable purposes.

George Hardy

Vice President

George Hardy has over 30 years experience in systems thinking, creative problem solving and leading projects that drive organizational change. His work history includes six years experience as a Vice President with an aerospace manufacturer where he selected and successfully implemented an ERP system in the United States and Mexico and personally trained all of the managerial groups. During that time George was the acting CFO for over a year and spent substantial time in Mexico where he established the Mexican operations and learned Spanish. George also has many years experience in structuring securities transactions and tax leveraged business combinations.

George has degrees from Princeton University (A.B.), Columbia University (J.D.) and Georgetown University (LL.M.). He has also participated in numerous accounting and financial analysis courses and ERP workshops.
