Some of the most important documents for any business are agreements. Yet many businesses still have no form of efficient agreement administration. Paper-based working  restricts information-sharing and in many instances, no track is kept of when agreements are about to expire. MediusFlow™ allows your organization to avoid time-consuming work, and will make your processes far more efficient.

 

CONTROL YOUR AGREEMENTS

The Medius agreement module increases control over existing agreements. Agreement documents are scanned and stored in a database. When an invoice is received, it is matched to the relevant agreement and if there is a discrepancy, the person responsible for the agreement is notified. Notification can also be linked to the applicable date of the agreement to reduce the risk of it being unintentionally prolonged.

 

SEVEN MAJOR APPLICATIONS

MediusFlow™ agreement module has seven different applications in its standard format: partner agreements, customer agreements, product agreements, employment agreements, leasing agreements, tenancy agreements and subscription agreements. A matching object is created from a agreement for each invoice expected to be received. These are based on the parameters defined in the agreement and allow an invoice to be matched when it is received. The agreement can be matched at header level and line level if required. The match-check monitors whether the payment terms on the invoice agree with the matching object, and that predetermined maximum amounts are not exceeded.

 

USER-FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT

The benefits of the MediusFlow™ module for agreement management are that the business can increase control over existing agreements by using a user-friendly tool. Furthermore, an automatic reminder is generated before a agreement expires, avoiding the risk of paying un- necessary agreement costs. Existing scanners can be linked to the Medius agreement module. By using a digital agreement archive as a complement to a paper-based archive, agreement management will be made even more efficient.
