Astra is continually developing new approaches to moving beyond training into learning; instead of a product tutorial, gaining the knowledge to understand not just how, but what and why.
The term training refers to the acquisition of knowledge, skills, and competencies as a result of the teaching of vocational or practical skills and knowledge that relate to specific useful competencies.

Business Users have been frustrated with most training efforts, which are most often nothing more that product tutorials. Learning is far more than that. Astra is working on developing the next generation of learning tools, to accelerate your subject knowledge so that no only do you know how to do something, but you know what to do and why. Astra Learning is currently a work-in-progress, and being refined at key customer sites.
